Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
IMMERSE 2019 is open to all audiences! Families love experiencing Downtown Orlando together during this uniquely curated event. In fact, kids 12 and under are free. There's something for everyone of any age.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We recommend taking a car service. That's the easiest way to get in and out of IMMERSE. Have the car drop you off a few blocks from City Hall, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, or Lake Eola. Then walk to Orange Ave.
Traffic and parking can take a little while during the event. So, if you're driving, be patient. The closest garages are the City Hall garage, the garage on Central Blvd across from the Downtown Library, or the parking garage on Jackson St across from the Orange County Admin Building.
What's the refund policy?
IMMERSE happens regardless of weather. Be adventurous and join us if it starts to drizzle. There are no refunds for rain. For tickets to The Dinner Party Project, we can provide transfers from one day to the other if you accidentally purchased for the wrong date. Tickets are non refundable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. We will need to scan your barcode. But we can do it on your digital device.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No need to transfer tickets. If you want to give a ticket to someone else, just forward it to them digitally. We'll scan it when they arrive, and it will work.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes. That is fine. Names do not need to match.
