- Monday, indie rock promoters Ugly Orange Presents: Hala, Boyo, Lexi Long at Will's Pub. Keep an eye on Ugly Orange because they're always showcasing the best in up-and-coming local and national music.

- On Tuesday, let the Fourth of July festivities with Red, Hot & Boom - Cranes Roost Park. It's fun for the whole family!

- July Fourth, there's a ton going on! The Bach Festival Society of Winter Park host the 23rd Annual 4th of July Celebration, featuring FREE admission to the The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American ArtCity of Orlando - Government hosts Fireworks at the Fountain at 9:30 p.m at Lake Eola Park.

- Friday, Garden Theatre starts their run of Xanadu with shows happening all month long.

- Saturday, speaking series PechaKucha Night Orlando v23
is at the Dr Phillips Center. Each speaker will be go through a presentation of 20 slides for 20 seconds each.

Summer is the best time to get out and explore your city. Here's three events happening ... "This Week In Art".

- You do not want to miss the Mr. Rogers documentary, Won't You Be My Neighbor?, at the Enzian Theater.

- Currently at Orlando Museum of Art, artists from all over the state are on display at the 5th annual Florida Prize in Contemporary Art Exhbition.

- This Thursday, is Third Thursday all across the Downtown Arts District. There are more than a dozen galleries and museums you can check out for free.

- This Saturday, The Little Mermaid opens at Orlando Shakes (not the Disney classic, but the Hans Christian Andersen original). 

- Hear iconic music from Jurassic Park, La La Land, and more this Friday & Saturday as Central Florida Community Arts Orchestra presents Symphonic Cinema: The Sequel.

- Finally, Wells' Built Museum of African American History and Culture celebrates Immancipation Saturday with the 2018 Juneteenth Jazz Jam.

We're back with four Orlando events happening this week. Musicals, big bands, movies, and dance. There's something for everyone.

- This Friday, the Tony-winning musical Fun Home opens at Mad Cow Theatre.

- Thursday, Vivacity Cd Release Party! at Timucua Arts Foundation. Orlando big band Vivacity Music features musicians on horns, saxophone, and even xylophone.

- Friday, Harry P. Leu Gardens hosts it's first Friday movie night featuring 'Jumanji'. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for kids.

- Lastly, this Friday & Saturday Emotions Dance Company present Twist- The Color Wheel at Orlando Shakes. Twist is a fun and funky performance using contemporary, jazz, modern, and ballet dance.

Week 2 of Orlando Fringe Theater Festival 2018 is underway. With over 700 shows, you might be having some trouble finding the one for you. 

Here are our must see Fringe shows: 

- 'Gorgeous' : A musical for middle-America based on "Drop Dead Gorgeous". 

- 'To Be Happy' : An endearing show about two brothers finding love in their own way.

- 'Meet The Replacements' : A scifi about a man trying to get closer to his family by building them. 

- 'El Wiz' : A Latin American version of "The Wizard Of Oz". 

- 'An Excruciatingly Ordinary Toy Theater Show' : A show where the main actor projects scenes built into cardboard boxes to immerse the audience in the story.

- 'AquaDance' : Orlando's first water ballet.

- 'Nashville Hurricane' : A story of the rise and fall of a country musician. 

- 'Falling Awake' : A surrealist show where the actors use their bodies to tell the story.

- 'James & Jamesy In The Dark' : Human lampstands present their story in the dark.

Orlando Fringe, the world's longest running fringe theater festival, opens May 15 and runs through May 21 and features 700+ shows across Orlando.

There's way too much happening in the Greater Orlando Area this week to stay home. We're breaking down four art, ballet, and music events happening in your backyard. 

- The 3rd Thursday Gallery Hop is happening this week. The Gallery at Avalon Island,Gallery Eola,Orange County Regional History CenterCityArts Factory, and many other art hot spots are open to the public.

- Tuesday, Uncorked at The Abbey, Orlando Balletwill let you get up close and personal with some of the performers from the Orlando Ballet Company and School.

- Saturday and Sunday, the African American Masterpieces: Symphonic Spirituals, in collaboration with The Bethune-Cookman University Concert Chorale, performers work by three of the 20th centuries most influental black composers.

- Lastly, Saturday is the 9th Annual Hannibal Square Folk and Urban Art Festival. 25 folk artists showcasing their skills. Free for the entire family!

- The Florida Film Festival is running through April 15 and features 180+ films of all genres. 

- Starting Thursday, come celebrate the art of storytelling at the Florida Storytelling Festival in Mount Dora with workshops, storytelling concerts, story swaps, and story slams.

- Friday, UCF Celebrates the Arts 2018 continues with The Flying Horse Big Band and UCF Orchestra, featuring special guests T-Bone, Veronica Swift, and The Jazz Professors. 

- On Sunday, the Asian Cultural Association presents An Evening of Indian Music at the Orlando Museum of Art.
