One of our goals in our partnership with the City of Orlando and the Downtown Development Board is to bring new programming and audiences to Downtown. We want to introduce these audiences to you! This year, we’re expecting over 70,000 guests to attend IMMERSE!

Here’s what our partners did in 2018:

Ember created an interactive, large-scale mural. They invited guests to participate in painting the mural.
Wall St Plaza served as an outdoor performance venue with live entertainment.
The Church St District was a home for live performance programming.
We collaborated with Deeply Coffee to co-host a live screen printing event leading up to IMMERSE.

These creative programming options provide guests who are looking for interesting, artful experiences a reason to engage these Downtown pillars.

Street Closure and Delivery Information:

Sidewalks and pedestrian rights of way are unimpeded for the duration of street closures. Access to your business will not be interrupted or blocked.

Pine Street

Pine St closure beginning at 10am Thursday for IMMERSE event set up.
Pine St remains closed between Orlando Weekly Building and Court until 5am Sunday, October 20

Orange Avenue

Orange Ave closure begins Thursday at 10am through Sunday at 5am
From Central Blvd to Anderson St.
Central Blvd, South St and Anderson St will remain open for traffic flowing east and west bound.
Western most lane has “no hard stops” and is available for deliveries and emergency vehicle movement. If you have a delivery on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and would like to coordinate with our team for the vehicle to travel Orange Ave, please let us know in the form below.

Church Street

Church St is closed to vehicles between Court and Garland 10am Thursday through 5am Sunday. If you have a delivery on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and would like to coordinate with our team for the vehicle to travel Church St, please let us know in the form below.
